EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Wisconsin Aviation Conference Exhibitors are given the unique opportunity to set up a booth to display their products and/or services for all conference attendees to view. There is a limited amount of product and/or equipment display space available for an additional $150 adjacent to certain exhibitor booths so register early to ensure we can accommodate your needs!

Early discounted rates for the Wisconsin Aviation Conference are available until March 1 and standard rates are available through one week prior to the conference. Increased registration fees apply within one week of the conference and to onsite registrations.

The standard exhibit booth area is 10 by 10 feet. It includes an 10-foot back drop, 3-foot side curtains, one 8-foot skirted table and two chairs. Electrical service (110v) is available for $20.

Exhibitors will need to complete and submit a Conference Attendee Registration Form for each person attending the conference.  Two complimentary registrations are provided per exhibitor, so be sure to select that option when registering attendees for the conference.

Golf/clay shoot activity fees are not included in complimentary exhibitor registration and must be registered separately.
